🔥How to create an unusually good conference….

There are traditional conferences and then there are conferences that are something out of the ordinary.

With today’s short attention span, you may need to turn up the quality for the information to go in properly. Otherwise, there is really no point in having the conference at all.

How do I do that?:

💥 Use a licensed moderator:

One who can professionally lead the participants through a good dynamic. It increases the quality of the conference and the experience is better.

🧠Make sure the moderator is using icebreakers/team building activities:

With movement so the blood flows through the body. It activates both the body and the brain and the participants take in information more easily.

🥳Include elements of surprise:

Surprise the participants with a conference out of the ordinary. For example, chocolate tasting, team building activities or as here in the video when I get 300 participants to go bananas. It takes employer branding to a new level.
